Yeladim – Fair Chance for Children is a strategic partner in Israel advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – a global framework of 17 goals designed to build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world by 2030.
For nearly four decades, we have developed proven national models in quality education, economic mobility, and breaking cycles of intergenerational poverty – in partnership with government ministries, philanthropy, and the business sector.

Economic independence begins with self-worth.
Young adults leaving residential care often lack basic tools — professional exposure, workplace norms, financial literacy, and support networks.
Through our employment and higher education programs, we provide:
• Individual career mentoring
• Vocational and academic scholarships
• Workforce readiness training
• Entrepreneurship programs
• Holistic emotional support
Our dropout rates remain below 10%, and many participants secure stable employment within one year.
We also operate programs specifically supporting young women and young mothers, addressing both economic and gender barriers.
