Yeladim - Fair Chance for Children

Collaborations with companies and organizations

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Yeladim – Fair Chance for Children is a strategic partner in Israel advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – a global framework of 17 goals designed to build a more just, equitable, and sustainable world by 2030.
For nearly four decades, we have developed proven national models in quality education, economic mobility, and breaking cycles of intergenerational poverty – in partnership with government ministries, philanthropy, and the business sector.
We actively advance SDG 1, 4, 8, and 10, translating global priorities into measurable social change in Israel.

Turning Global Goals into Local Impact

Yeladim is a recognized national leader in supporting children and young adults growing up without family support. Working alongside the Ministries of Welfare, Justice, and Social Affairs – as well as academic institutions and philanthropic partners – we design and implement scalable models in:

• Social-emotional education
• Economic mobility and workforce integration
• Rights realization and financial literacy

Our work aligns directly with:

SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities

Inequality persists when systems are not built for those without family support.

We advance structural equity through:

• The Deborah Fisher Guardianship Program (in partnership with the Ministry of Justice)
• A National Rights Realization Center for young adults
• The nationally adopted “Bridge to Independence” housing model
• Nationwide access to culturally adapted digital educational tools

Our work spans secular, religious, ultra-Orthodox, Arab, and Druze communities — ensuring equity through cultural responsiveness.

True equality is not sameness. It is the alignment of resources with real needs.

Why This Matters for Corporate & ESG Partners

Investing in Yeladim is not philanthropy alone — it is long-term social infrastructure.

If you are engaged in ESG, corporate responsibility, or inclusive workforce development, we can partner to:

  • Strengthen human capital in regions where you operate
  • Align joint initiatives with SDGs 1, 4, 8, and 10
  • Develop innovative education-to-employment pipelines
  • Support inclusive economic growth

Together, we can turn global goals into practical, measurable impact.
